Lauren has always had an interest in health and physical fitness, spending time in activities like dance, cheerleading, hiking, and yoga.
She was introduced to Pilates 5 years ago after having her last child and fell in love. Pilates was the perfect fit and she was immediately inspired to begin her Pilates journey. When she began her personal Pilates practice, she was quickly attracted to the total mind/body focus the training demanded. After 17 years of a fast paced and demanding job she was ready to slow herself down.
Lauren is also a mother of 3 and wants to set a great example for her kids to be healthy in mind and body.
